We bring coding agents into your teams' daily work. We start from the tools — Claude Code, Antigravity, Codex — and from day one we work on your codebase and your real problems. People learn by doing, on their own project, not on an exercise.
What we work on
These are not off-the-shelf packages: they are combined around whatever the technical assessment brings up.
Command-line coding agents change the way people work, but only when they are set up properly. We start at installation and get as far as the daily workflow, on your developers' own machines.
From day one the work happens on your own codebase. No sample repositories: you pick the use cases yourselves, from the work genuinely sitting in your backlog.
An agent working outside your process creates more problems than it solves. We work out together where it fits: branches, review, CI, acceptance criteria.
The questions the board always asks: which data leaves the company, who owns the code that comes out, how you prove what happened. Better answered before you start.
The method
We get a sense of the team, what it works on and where the bottleneck sits. If we cannot be useful, we say so straight away.
We look at the codebase and the development process together with the people who live in them. What comes out is a list of the use cases to tackle first, ordered by expected return.
Working sessions with the developers on the chosen cases. The agents are used on real problems, and your internal conventions take shape as the work goes on.
The team carries on by itself, with its conventions written down and its own checks in place. That is how we judge whether the engagement worked.
Delivery
A recurring presence on the project, on site or remote, for as long as the adoption takes.
Two or three days with the team on your real cases, with usable code by the time we finish.
The analysis phase on its own, if you would rather decide for yourselves how and when to go further.
There is no price list: length and effort are agreed after the introductory call, based on what is actually needed.

When the programme ends, everyone who took part receives a Certificate of Participation with a public verification page and a downloadable PDF: useful for internal career paths and for evidencing the skills acquired. It is an Open Badge compliant with version 2.0 of the standard, so it can be imported into the skills systems your company already uses.
